I was referred to Amy by someone in her office when I called for information. She called me almost immediately. I told her our son, Daryl had gotten a DUI. He was going through a Divorce ,was unemployed at that time and had his two children by himself for over 2 months. He was very stressed and upset. He had a free night on last Feb. 25th. He went to a bar, met some coworkers and drank too much. He attempted to drive home and was stopped because he was driving on the wrong side of the street. Thank goodness the officer did stop him before someone was hurt. His BAC was over.20. I explained to Amy that we needed help. About that same time Daryl got a job and was able to go back to work.after being laid off for over 6 months. Amy helped Daryl get a restricted license so he could work and pay his bills. He would have lost his job without the restricted license. She did everything she could to help us. She always let us know what was happening and she explained things when we had no clue what was happening. She explored many avenues to try to get Daryl a better deal. Daryl did get a fine, 3 years parole and has to work on an alternative work program. He also has to attend a 9 month DUI Program. All of this is good for him so he remembers not to ever do something like this again. I would feel confident to recommend Amy to anyone. She did everything she could to help us.
