What Do I Do If I Have a Warrant Out For My DUI?

Posted by Amy Morell | Feb 14, 2017

DUI Warrants

If you missed a court date for a DUI, a warrant may be issued. Having a warrant out means that the police can arrest you and take you to jail. In order to get a warrant recalled, often times the case can be added to the court calendar.

Once the case is added to calendar, the Judge can order the warrant recalled. However, some Judges may remand you - this means put you in jail.

The Judge can then set bail.

Once bail is posted, you can be released.
